The SNSKC was established by Sensei Peter Heal, a member of the Karate Union of Great Britain for over 30 years.
The dojo is at the ‘Peake Fitness Centre’ which is part of the Stoke-by-Nayland Country Club.
Karate members have full use of showers including towels, changing rooms, and coffee/bar lounge.
Instructors are KUGB qualified instructors and CRB checked.
Training is every Tuesday from 7:30pm until 9:00pm, and Thursday
from 7:30pm until 9:00pm for seniors and 6:30pm until 7:30pm on Tuesday for juniors.
Training fees are £5 per session or £20 per month for adults
and £4 per session or £12 per month for juniors (7-15 years).
All karate ka visiting the area are welcome to train at the club.People wishing to start karate are extremely welcome and their first lesson is free of charge.

Sensei Andy Sherry 8th Dan with Juniors after training
7th June - Sensei Andy Sherry teaches and grades students at SNSKC. Congratulations to all those students who attended the training and those that graded from SNSKC, The Hollies Karate Club (Ipswich) and Haverhill Shotokan Karate Club.
